 | Reset Those, Please! Back by popular demand! Have your buttons ever just disappeared? I'm talking about your buttons in Outlook Express. You know, the ones that say Create Mail, Reply, Forward, Send/Receive, Delete, etc. Or, also known as the buttons you really need to be able to get through your e-mail each day. Well, in case those ever happen to disappear on you and you've run out of other options in figuring out how to get them back, here's an easy way to remember. Just right click somewhere in all of the open gray area where your buttons usually sit and choose Customize. Then under the box that says Current Toolbars, click on the Reset button. Well, now you have the ability to share anything in Flock from your Yahoo! or Gmail e-mail account. That includes photos, videos, RSS feeds and even material from your favorite Web sites. Also, with this new feature, you can make use of the Web Clipboard in Flock even more. For example, if you want to add a picture from a Web site into an e-mail, you can just drag the image to the Clipboard and then drop it into your e-mail from there. It makes working with your e-mail so much easier! Another new feature has to do with the Picasa photo program. If you're an avid Picasa user, I can already see you jumping with joy! With this new addition, you can upload your photos directly to Picasa through Flock. So, basically, instead of dealing with multiple programs at once, you now only have to worry about one. You can even view photo streams with Flock's Media Bar. The MyWorld application has also changed a tad bit. Yep, now you can name and assemble your very own MyWorld. How cool is all of that?! Now, I have one more new feature to tell you about and it is called the Friend Activity Feed. Once you've added all your friends to Flock (from Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, etc.), you can use the Friend Activity Feed to keep tabs on them. Ever find yourself working in MS Excel and realize the function you want is right on the tip of your tongue, or in this case, your fingers? And there you go again. You have to open the Paste Function window and in doing so, you're probably taking your hands off the keyboard and back to the dreaded mouse to get to the Insert menu, Function choice. Or, maybe you're using the Function button. Either way, it's time consuming and annoying! Want a keyboard shortcut you can use for the Paste Function window? Yes? I thought you might. I mean, we can all use a time saver here and there! So, the next time you need to look up an Excel function, try Shift + F3. The Paste Function/Insert Function dialogue window will immediately open up. You can search for a function with a description at the top or just below that, you can select a category and scroll through the list it produces. When you've found what you're looking for, select it and click OK. For all you Excel 2007 users, you have yet another easy way to search for your functions. You need to take a look at your Formulas ribbon. Here you'll find that the formula categories are easily accessible. By clicking one of the categories, a list of those formulas will open for you to pick from. Either way, it's a way to put you quickly on your quest for that elusive function! ~ April

New Firefox Extension: Personas One of the features Firefox users seem to love is the themes, right? I mean, we all get tired of the same old boring Windows colors after awhile. However, having a lot of themes installed in Firefox can sometimes slow it down as well. Even more, when Firefox has to update, it may have to update 10 to 15 themes, which can take a long time as well. So, how would you like a quick and easy alternative?
