Dear Visitor, You signed up for my business tips, and I've put together an 8-lesson course to help you achieve the results you desire.   Welcome to the first lesson in your business amplification course!  in this course, you will: 1.   Develop a vision of the ultimate state of your business. 2.   Learn how to embellish and enhance that vision to make it even bigger, bolder and more powerful. 3.   Create unstoppable belief in your ability to bring your vision to life. 4.   Create a plan that will leverage the environment on your behalf. 5.   Implement the plan and learn to analyze the results. 6.   Develop strategies for when you get stuck. 7.   Develop a measurement system that will accelerate your progress. 8.   Take specific action to become more courageous and immune to risk. I hope you like the curriculum!  In a way, you'll be designing a future world, then building the pathways through time to get there, collecting the necessary (and available!) materials from the universe, and overcoming both internal and external roadblocks along the way to its creation.  I'm excited that I'll be able to come along with you! So to get you started, let me first give you some papers and credentials that will help you in your quest.  I now dub thee Official Business Amplifier and Architect of the Future for (Insert Your Company's Name Here).  The first thing you will need is a blueprint of the ultimate state of your business.  Therefore, I've developed a worksheet to get you started in your vision creation process.  You can access it by clicking here. The idea of this worksheet is to complete it as if you are looking back from the future world that you designed and successfully built.  You are celebrating your success, and you are marveling at the amazing way it all came together. As you fill this worksheet out--think details!  For example, think about how long it took for you to get there.  Talk about revenue numbers. List your partners, funders, business buyer, customers.  Write down how you feel coming to work every day.  Maybe you don't even call it work anymore!  Do your customers think of you as a partner, a friend, a guru, the most amazing resource they ever had?  What have been your most successful products? What ended up being your unique differentiation? Getting clear about what it is that you're trying to create in your business is the stepping-off place for everything else to happen.  As Yogi Berra said, "If you don't know where you're going, you might wind up someplace else."
