Hi, Kim! I'm here today to share some wisdom from my very good friend, Will Smith. Just kidding. Will and I don't personally know each other (yet), but he's one of my heroes. He knows exactly how to turn possibility into reality--as is demonstrated by his stellar career--and I'm learning a lot from him. When Will says, "Just...DECIDE," "decide" is definitely in capital letters. This kind of decision-making transforms hopes and wishes into commitment and plans of action. This kind of decision-making says "SHUT UP!!" to the dissenting voices, both inside and outside your head. This kind of decision-making draws a line in the sand---but you've already crossed it. No going back. No Plan B. You're already there, making it happen. You've shaken off the ghosts of "But what if...!" (But what if it all goes to hell in a handbasket? But what if I can't make it happen? But what if people think I'm crazy? But what if So-and-So doesn't like it?), and instead, you're living from...The Truth. The Truth. The Truth. YOUR truth. And that's really the only truth that exists. You can argue with me on this one, but...why? Why would you not commit with every fiber of your being to creating what you want? Good question, eh? And I can hear the voices in your head coming up with lots of answers, so let me tell you there's only one answer: Your dreams are going to come true. Because you're going to DECIDE. Right??
