Hi, Visitor! First, I helped her get very clear about what kind of business she wanted to build.  Big or small?  Original designs only or mass distribution?  Working mostly in the business or working mostly ON the business?  Without that clarity of vision and direction, it's impossible to create a business strategy to achieve it.  Then I walked her through the marketing efforts that would begin her launch, and the processes and resources she would need to get in place to support her growth for the rest of the year.  When we parted, she had a list of things to do, but not any one of them overwhelming, and many of them designed to get her out from under the "administrivia" of her business (designing and printing her own business cards?!) at low cost. As we continue to work together in a coaching relationship, I am confident that this talented and energetic woman will take her "profit neutral" business to significant growth! You can do what you love and make money, too!  And you don't have to work 24 hours a day to do it. How?
