A winner's body is much more than being in a state free from disease. It's feeling alive when you wake up, being able to move comfortably with ease and feeling light. We go for checkups 40 lbs overweight unable to touch our toes, fatigued and stressed and we are told that we are healthy if the test does not show any problems. We know that this isn't health.
We need to increase our standards of what it means to be fit and healthy. We need to demand more than just not having a diagnosable illness. We have gotten so use to focusing on how to deal with symptoms that we have forgotten to notice the causes.
Before I go on I need to expose the biggest challenge you face in your quest to experience true health. It is not your genetics, willpower, or what happened to you in the past. It is something we rarely notice anymore because it is every where hiding right out in the open.
"It is our modern culture"
We are constantly bombarded with sabotaging messages, on how to use food and other distractions to help us feel better. I have never seen a single person succeed without first making a decision to succeed. If you have decided to be healthy and are struggling to make this happen, there is only one reason.
"You don't know how to be healthy".
Our habits have more to do with what we learn than any genetics. Too truly transform how you look and feel you need to know HOW to think, act, and respond like a fit and healthy person does. It is easy to know what to do, but you get results when you know HOW to develop a winner's body
